Val Thorens is one of the most sought-after resorts in the world and has some of the best skiing in France with skiing up to 3200 metres altitude. It is also the highest resort in Europe located at 2300m, which virtually guarantees snow through out the season in the village as well as on the mountain.
Val Thorens is part of the famous ‘Three Valleys’, the second largest linked ski area in France with over 610km marked piste and when you add these together you have all the makings of a superb ski trip. Val Thorens offers a new bowling alley recently opened, as well as ice skating and a large leisure centre with a variety of activities.
