Montgenevre Ski Trip

Montgenevre is an international ski resort situated on the border between France and Italy, along one of the most prestigious mountain passes in the Alps. The resort is one of the oldest in France and is high altitude at nearly 2000m. Montgenevre gives convenient access to over 400km of piste one of the largest linked ski areas in Europe. There's skiing on both sides of the resort; Les Gondrans is north facing and linked to Claviere. There are plenty of intermediate cruising and convenient nursery slopes with the highest lift rising to over 2825m! A lot of the accommodation is close to the slopes and some right on them. Having the best snow record of the Milky Way resorts the lift system will quite often run much later than the other nearby resorts and opens on the 7th of December and closes on the 1st of May.
