Les 2 Alpes is a very popular school ski destination and one of the most famous ski resorts in Europe. If you have a group of mixed ski abilities this is a great resort with excellent skiing conditions for all.
Some of the easiest skiing is higher up – both on and around the glacier. The benefit of this is that complete beginners can learn against the panoramic backdrop of the High Alps rather than on a shaded slope tucked away on the outskirts of a village.
Up to 3600 meters altitude means snow is certain throughout the winter and makes it a popular venue for out-of-season ski and snowboard camps.
The glacier and 220km of piste means this resort truly deserves its reputation as one of the French super resorts.
Skiing isn’t everything however and you will be spoilt for nightlife in L2A as there is bowling, swimming, ice skating and much more.
