Grandvalira Ski Trip

The massive Grandvalira ski area gives our groups access to almost 200km of piste and is made up of the ski resorts of Encamp, Grau Roig, Pas de la Casa, El Tarter, Soldeu and Canillo. It is the largest ski area in the Pyrenees and is located right on the border of France and Andorra. Skiing in this region means not only do you have access to a brilliant ski area but its duty free status means you can expect to grab yourself a bargain or two. There are gentle green slopes for beginners to learn on and some nice blues to move on to once the basics have been learned. For the more experienced there is a mixture of red and steep black runs to spend your time exploring. Snowboarders are taken care of with access to a board park and half pipe.

There is also plenty of other off piste activities for your group to take part in such as dog sledding, a trip to Caldea Spa for pampering, a sport centre, Snowmobile rides, shopping and helicopter rides for the more adventurous. Plus the old favourites like ice skating, swimming and bowling are also available in the local area.
