Loyalty Scheme
Over the last 26 years we have built fantastic relationships with our customers who travel with us year on year. In order to thank those customers that keep coming back to us, and in honour of our 25th anniversary, we decided to launch our new Loyalty Scheme.
We wanted something simple that begins rewarding you from the moment you start travelling with us. You can spend your points how you see fit, either as a discount on your next trip or to claim a free gift for your department or school.
In recognition of that trust, you, the existing customer, will earn the same number of points as your friend earns from the travel of their first trip.
Claiming Your Rewards
Once your trip has travelled, you are able to use your points in the following ways:
Option 1: Claim a trip discount
Use your points to lower the total cost of your next trip, or even travel on a free trip if you save up enough points!
1 point = £1.50 trip discount
Therefore, if you had 100 points = £150 discount
Option 2: Claim an item
Choose one of the options below depending on the number of points you have earned.

Points for travelling
You will earn points for every trip you travel on with us. The number of points you earn is determined by the number of passengers multiplied by the length of the trip, for example:
45 Passengers x 9 Day Trip = 405 Points
(1 point = £1.50 trip discount)

Recommend a friend
We know when our customers recommend us to friends or colleagues; it is because they trust us to deliver to these friends the same level of excellent service they have enjoyed.In recognition of that trust, you, the existing customer, will earn the same number of points as your friend earns from the travel of their first trip.

Claiming Your Rewards

* loyalty points on items are valued at £0.70p per point.
Terms & Conditions- Points are only earned and can only be spent once the trip has travelled.
- Points are earned for the school/group but are recorded against the named Party Leader.
- Points can be redeemed by the Party Leader, Head Teacher or any nominated person from within the school.
- Points used as a trip discount must be redeemed at time of booking.
- All redeemed products are sent to the school/group primary address.
- Product images above represent the type of product you will receive and not the manufacturer or make of the product you will receive.
- The 'number of passengers' for the point’s calculation refers to the number of fully paying passengers.
- Where departure is late in the afternoon/evening or arrival back is early morning we will determine the number of days used to calculate the points.
- Individual loyalty points do not have an expiry date, but the overall loyalty point account will expire if a booking is not made within 2 years of the last travelled date.
- The recommend a friend point’s bonus only applies when referring a friend from a different school.
- The trip deposit must be received 16 months+ or 12 months+ in advance of the trip travel date in order to receive the early booking points. (the early booking bonus cannot be earned on your first booking)
